Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders the same day, Monday to Friday, for orders placed before
2pm (UK time).
All parcels ship from our UK warehouse.
UK Delivery Options
• DPD Weekday: £6.99 (For orders placed Monday–Thursday before 2pm)
• DPD Saturday Delivery: £10.99 (For orders placed Thursday 2pm – Friday 2pm)
• Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: £5.99

International Delivery
We ship worldwide with all duties and tariffs included in the price — meaning no unexpected fees
when your parcel arrives.
This applies globally, with special care taken for our customers in the US and EU.
• Europe: €20 — free on orders over €300
• Rest of the world: $30 — free on orders over $400
Delivery times vary by destination. Most international parcels arrive within 5–7 working days,
though some may take longer depending on customs clearance.

Returns
Love and care go into every Dolcetta garment, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to
help.
You may request a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags
attached.
• Please ensure parcels are clearly marked as “BRITISH GOODS RETURN” to avoid
customs charges for international returns
• Gift cards and bespoke items (unless faulty) are exempt from returns.

How to Return (UK Orders)
We currently process returns through our mother company, KnittedHome.
You can use our Royal Mail tracked return portal to arrange a collection or drop-off:

A £3.99 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund, unless your return is due to an error
on our part.If we’ve made a mistake, please contact us before starting your return so we can waive this fee.

Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside the parcel so we can locate your order
quickly.
We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and
insured service for your protection.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items
Each bespoke piece is hand-knitted especially for you.
Because of the personal nature of these creations, made-to-order items are non-returnable unless
faulty.
